All conflicts that may occur like lawsuits, payment orders, execution of legal advice, extrajudicial matters, appeals, copyright and legal rights infringements, drafting commercial contracts, bailiffs expenses and more.
These will address all judicial levels eg from lawsuits in court to the highest judicial institutions.
In other words there will be a legal firewall by the bank regarding the borrower that ensures he/she will not pay for questionable quality legal services and results several thousand Euros.
Those money can then be invested in improving his quality of products and services.
